ClearwayPDF helps people make practical PDF changes without installing desktop software or sending private files to a cloud service. It supports common workflows such as adding text, filling forms, drawing or typing a signature, reordering and deleting pages, combining files, reducing file size, converting images to PDF, adding searchable OCR text, and locking a PDF with a password.
Private by default
PDF processing happens in your browser. Documents are not uploaded to ClearwayPDF servers for editing, merging, signing, compressing, OCR, or conversion.
No account required
The tools are built for quick, one-off document tasks. You can open a PDF, make the change, and download the result without creating an account.
No watermarks on exports
ClearwayPDF does not add branding to finished files. The output document belongs to you.
How the site is supported
ClearwayPDF is free to use and may be supported by advertising and optional support links. Advertising scripts are only loaded after cookie consent where required. The privacy policy explains what data is collected and how advertising cookies work.
