§2

Your Documents

You are responsible for the files you open and edit. ClearwayPDF does not claim ownership of your documents. PDF processing is designed to happen locally in your browser; files are not uploaded to ClearwayPDF servers for tool operations.

§3

  • Upload or process content that you do not have permission to use.
§4

No Professional Advice

ClearwayPDF is a document utility. It does not provide legal, financial, compliance, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying whether an edited, signed, protected, or converted PDF meets your requirements.

§5

Availability and Limitations

The service is provided as available. Browser performance, file size, memory limits, PDF complexity, encrypted files, scanned documents, and device capability can affect whether a tool works for a specific file. We may update, limit, or discontinue features as needed.

§6
